The 'Validate Library' button runs every historical bill through the simulator and writes a per-line report comparing modeled vs. observed deficits, inflation, and distributional signs. Per-persona projection

Same monthly snapshot resolves to a different outcome for every household. Tax engine with seven preset schedules, OBBBA-style income-type carve-outs, and a continuous progressivity-shift operator.

Tax engine + 7 preset schedules

Current law, TCJA 2017, OBBBA 2025, pre-TCJA, Clinton-era 1993, 1950s-progressive (24 brackets, 91% top marginal as a pedagogical reference), and flat-tax. Each schedule carries ordinary + capital-gains brackets, payroll rate + cap, OBBBA-style carve-outs (tips, OT premium, senior bonus, auto-loan interest, SALT cap, 199A passthrough). A continuous ProgressivityShift lever (-1..+1) steepens or flattens any schedule without picking a new preset.
